LHC frameworks suitable for schools

LHC operates as a regional consortium with national reach. Their major works, refit, and decarbonisation frameworks all carry lots suitable for school decarbonisation, with strong regional contractor coverage.

EN: Procure / N8 / Decarbonisation lots

LHC's EN: Procure North East, N8 North West and Decarbonisation frameworks each carry lots covering ASHP, GSHP, solar PV, fabric and BMS. The lot supplier lists are published on LHC's site.

MAT roll-up suitability

LHC framework call-offs work well at MAT scale because the framework rates can be applied across multiple schools, smoothing procurement effort. Some MATs have negotiated bespoke call-off terms.

Contractor list per lot

Each LHC lot publishes its supplier list with geographic coverage and capacity. Smaller schools commonly find Tier 2 regional contractors at competitive rates.
