Pairing with Solar for Schools PPAs

The fund can grant-fund the CAPEX for a solar array that would otherwise be PPA-financed, converting the asset to a school-owned model. PPA exit clauses interact with this; refer to the fund's guidance per cycle.

The Mayor's renewable energy capital envelope is published in the GLA budget; per-cycle allocations vary.
